These meatballs are so good, they just melt in your mouth. Ideal for game day, or just standing around the kitchen catching up, these will leave you wanting more. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
MEATBALLS: 2 lbs. 93% or 96% lean ground beef (do not use any percentage less)
1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
2 cloves garlic finely minced
3 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. oregano
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 16oz bottle Bones & Beans Original Barbecue Sauce
Method:
Pour entire bottle of Bones & Beans Original Barbecue Sauce into prepared slow cooker
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Mix thoroughly with your hands Roll into balls and place raw meatballs in slow cooker over top of the barbecue sauce Add any remaining onions that weren’t combined with the meatballs and sprinkle them over the top Cook on low heat about 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked all the way through Stir occasionally
