Victor's wife, Suzanne, crafted this amazing marinade for her Sunday night Salmon. Give it a try on salmon, tilapia, or any other meatier fish. Roast in the oven or toss on the grill. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tbl Bones & Beans Mustard Barbecue Sauce
2 tbl Clover Honey
2 tbl Soy Sauce
A generous grinding of fresh black pepper
Method:
Whisk ingredients together in a flat bottom bowl. Once well blended, lay fish on top, skin side up. Marinate 30 minutes to three hours for best results.
